Refund policy

At Byzē, we formulate every product to perform — and we mean that. That's why we back every purchase with a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Minimum Use Requirement
You must have used the product for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. Real skin transformation takes time. We ask that you give Byzē a genuine opportunity to work before requesting a return. Refund requests submitted without evidence of at least 30 days of use may be declined.

2. Return the Product
The remaining product must be shipped back to us in its original, undamaged packaging. The box must be intact, unaltered, and in returnable condition. Products returned in damaged, defaced, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Window
Your return request must be initiated within 60 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after the 60-day window will not be accepted, no exceptions.
