Every order ships free. No minimum. No exceptions.

All byzē orders include fully protected, tracked shipping at no cost — regardless of order size, location, or how many bottles you purchase.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email the moment your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Protection
Every order is fully protected from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@trybyze.com and we'll make it right — no questions.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
